certification organization for the dry cleaning industry, and is in
no way prejudiced or beholden to any special interest, affiliate or
corporation. It is not a dues-paying membership, nor is it a joint
venture of self-promotion by the dry cleaners themselves in an attempt
to exclusively dominate their respective markets. It is solely an
organization dedicated to the continued excellence of the dry-cleaning
industry, per se, as a service to dry-cleaning clients and the designers,
retailers, and manufacturers whose products require the utmost professional
care. In order to maintain the credibility as standard-bearer of industry
quality, we guarantee our own objectivity with the assurances of third-party
criteria to which we must adhere at all times: |

World's Best Cleaners™ is the exclusive representative,
for the United States and Canada, of the Hohenstein Institutes
of Germany, the foremost garment analysis laboratory in the
world. Criteria for selection are now based on standards in
the Quality Management Certification determined in conjunction
with the Institutes, which has partnerships from Hugo Boss to
the Taiwanese Textile Research Institute, and is accredited
under ISO 17025. |

Prospective selections are to be site-inspected by certified
WBC representatives to determine if minimum requirements of
cleanliness, customer service, machinery equipment, cleaning/stain
removal and finishing quality are met in accordance with the
WBC Quality Management Certification. |

Monthly fabric tests to evaluate the quality and consistency
of cleaning protocols. |

|
Annual site inspection by a certified WBC representative. |
|
|
Continual participation in educational workshops and seminars. |
