To host America’s Best Cleaners

 

Miami, Fl:  Select members from America’s Best Cleaners from the United States, and one of the finest dry cleaners from Paris, France, will be attending the official opening of Rey’s Cleaners new plant and corporate headquarters, located at 3789 NW 46 Street, Miami, FL on January 19th, 2005.

A blessing ceremony of the new facilities will be officiated by His Excellency Most Reverend Bishop Felipe de Jesus Estevez of the Archdiocese of Miami at 5:00 pm. Also, attending this event will be representatives from exclusive retail emporiums such as Eddie Segerra, Manager of Roberto Cavalli; Couturier Gabrielle Arango; and Palmer Whitfield Manager of Valentino.

 

Rey’s Cleaners is one of the elite members of America’s Best Cleaners*, the dry cleaning organization that is the supervisory body of the best dry cleaners in the United States.  In addition to attending this momentous occasion the organization’s members will also conduct their yearly review and inspection at the new location.

 

Rey’s Cleaners has been an Americas Best Cleaners affiliate for the past two years (2003 and 2004).   They have expanded their facility from 4,000 sq. ft. in Coral Gables to over 32,000 sq. ft. in the new Miami facility. Eight times its previous space, this facility houses processing, storage, alteration and corporate offices.

 

Rey’s Cleaners built one of the most sophisticated drycleaning plants in the United States. It applies Radio Frequency chips (RFID) to track each individual garment in combination with the latest in intelligent conveyor technology which not only distributes the garments to each individual processor and inspectors but sends it to a special conveyor which sorts and assembles the garments electronically, eliminating human error.

Angel Suarez is a second-generation drycleaner.  He and his wife Maria run the business with their children Frankie, Angel D. and Christina.
